Sorry this is late, I was in Aruba this friday and didn't have time (or internet) to write my friday favorites! Also, pictures of my outfits from Aruba will be posted later today/tomorrow. And, I have a new idea for a summer blog series starting when school gets out (next thursday).
Anyway, this weeks (belated) friday favorites consists of 2 things.
The first is a brush, and it's the EcoTools bronzer brush.
This brush retails for $9.99 at your local drugstore. It is the PERFECT bronzer brush. Mind you, I didn't say contour brush, for which I haven't found the perfect brush yet. However, for that perfect bronzy glow, this brush is the best thing on the market. It's big enough that it gets the entire side of your face evenly bronzed, and if you're like me and you choose to put it in the contours of your face, it does it in the perfect way that it doesn't overwhelm the rest of your makeup. This brush can also be used as a powder brush if you choose to use it as such, and I heard from Sammi (or beautycrush on youtube) that it works well as that.
The second is a bronzer, which is the Bobbi Brown Bronzer.
This product retails for $35 and is worth every stinking penny. It's matte, comes in loads of different colors, is very silky and longlasting. It gives the perfect amount of color and doesn't make you look like an oompa loopa, even though it does have a slightly brown/orange undertone which makes it look more like a real tan than a makeup product. I've had this for a while and it was sadly replaced by my Sleek Contour kit. But, my contour kit has not been cutting it lately and I've switched back to this lovely product. It's truly my favorite bronzer and, even though I'll try more bronzers, this is one that I'll always have in my collection.
All in all: Both of these products are staples in my makeup collection, and would change your life!
