Hello there!
So this post is a bit bittersweet, but a long time coming. Around the beginning-middle of the month I mentioned moving my blog onto a different platform and having my own domain name, and that day is finally here. An hour or two ago, my brand new blog launched! I'm so beyond happy with it and I'm really proud of myself.
The sad thing is is that this is the last post that will be on this blog ever. I've had this blog for almost a year and I've loved every post I've done.
The good thing is is that all of my posts have been transferred from here onto my new blog! So it's basically the same blog but with a new domain name and on a new platform.
So goodbye to this blog and I'm looking forward to seeing you on...

Monday Questionnaire: December 10th 2012
Good evening, my loves! I hope you're all having a fantastic day! I'm currently getting ready to (attempt) to start my math homework, but I obviously had to procrastinate a little more. Obviously. So I'm doing a Monday Questionnaire! Yay!
1.) Mood:
Content + Tired. I've had a pretty good day, but I'm not looking forward to math homework. *sigh*
2.) Does the winter season tend to draw you indoors, or outdoors?
Both! I'm really, really, really introverted so I tend to spend a lot of time indoors anyway, but the winter makes me want to go outside and sled and get Starbucks and all of that fun stuff! So a little bit of both, I suppose.
3.) Would you rather wear summer clothes in winter, or winter clothes in summer?
What kind of question is this. Can I wear fall clothes all year round? Yes no maybe? Let's go with that.
4.) Current nail polish:
OPI Nail Envy because I'm trying to strengthen my nails.
5.) What is your idea of a holiday makeup look?
Something dark and sultry but fun! A tutorial will be coming up on my NEW YOUTUBE CHANNEL soon!

American Eagle Boxers + a pink tanktop
7.) What is your favorite winter accessory?
My American Eagle beanie (Featured in every single outfit post last week, almost) or scarves!

Sleep.

Christmas lights! I know, worst jew ever.

A [Belated] Week In Review
Whoops. Seems as if I didn't post much this weekend, my apologies! I was out being social for the first time ever and, unfortunately, didn't have the time or energy to write. But I have some time now before a friend is coming over and I thought I should go over my week with you all!
This week has been interesting, to say the least. I've been helping doing the makeup for my school's play and it turned out a lot better than I expected. I've gotten a lot closer to someone over the course of the week, I've made new friends, I've experienced new things and I've gone out and laughed. I can't remember the last time I was truly happy and belly laughing, but this week I did it all and that feels great. While being happy is a choice, it's a lot harder for me to even attempt to think about being happy and, while this week wasn't always happy dandy, I had a few nights where I went home feeling very content and, dare I say it, happy. So yeah, I've had a good week.
Onto the favorites!
Music:
Titanium by Sia has been on repeat in the drama room because it's just a really good pump up song. I don't particularly like pop music (at all, actually) but this was tolerable for a few nights.
Clothing + Accessories:
My Teefury shirts, both of which I have a post on (click here for the Harry Potter/Hunger Games + click here for the Doctor Who) have been staples this week. I order them in a mens large, cut off the bottom and sleeves and it makes a cute crop/muscle tee. Plus, I love being able to express my nerdiness in fun ways and Teefury is the epitome of nerdy apparel.
My Keds have been on my feet 9 times out of 10 this week. They're featured in almost every single outfit post I've done this week, and I absolutely adore them. They're really comfortable and versatile, but they add a bit of a masculine punch to an outfit. *swoon*
Brushes + Bases:
My Real Techniques are a godsent. I'm planning on doing a full review with photos on my blog and a demo on my YouTube channel, but let me just tell you that I haven't touched a Sigma base brush since I've gotten these in the mail. Real Techniques blows Sigma away on every level.
If you've been a long time reader of my blog, you're most likely going to punch me in the face for what I'm about to say. I have the biggest love-hate relationship with this product and I've mentioned it more times than I can count so I'm not going to go too into it, but the product in question is my Stila Tinted Moisturizer. That's all. I'm loving it at the moment. Don't hate me.

Tonights Outfit: 12.7.12
Hello! I'm sorry I didn't post last night! I actually had one of the best nights I've had in a while, and by the time I got home I knocked out and went to sleep! My apologies! But today is another outfit post featuring yet another shirt I've recently gotten in from Teefury! This time, the Doctor's in.
I'm wearing jeans! Shock horror! But these jegging like jeans are my absolute favorite, and the dark wash and skinny fit makes them a staple in my wardrobe!

My Night Time Routine
Hello everyone! I was going to do another outfit post today, but I'm honestly too tired to stand there and pose tonight. So I thought I would share with you something I've discussed in one of my classes! I take a wellness class at school (worst decision of my life.) and one thing the teacher asked us was to write down a night time routine. I've had my NTR (see what I did there?) down for a while, so I thought I would share with you what I do!
Mind you, this isn't going to be a product NTR, as I already have a post on that here. While my skincare NTR has changed, that will be a different post at a different time! On with the show!
My night time routine consists of this:
Depending on the weather, I take a loooong bath. Baths are so relaxing and, as a person who's cold 99% of the time, they're quite refreshing. I also take a book with me into the bath as it's a great way to unwind at the end of the day. At the moment, I'm rereading a favorite of mine, I Am The Messenger by Markus Zusak. It's a very unique and intellectual book, and I find myself relating to Ed quite a bit. I could do a review on it when I'm finished rereading it!
After that, I take off my makeup (weird how I don't do that first, I know) and change into either some shorts, sweats, or fuzzy pyjamas.
I then go downstairs and make a nice cuppa, then chug along back upstairs, get into bed, and catch up on blogs, YouTube videos, tumblr, and read some good fanfiction. Or I continue reading, depending on the mood.
That's it! A short and sweet post, but I find it interesting what people do to unwind at the end of the day.

Today's Outfit: 12.4.12
Hello loves! Two outfit posts in a row, today's pictures better than yesterdays! I got a teefury shirt in the mail yesterday and couldn't wait to style it! Bringing out my not-so-inner nerd! For reference: I ordered a mens large, cut off the bottom and the sleeves so it's now a muscle/crop top. I'm in LOVE! I cut the sleeves unevenly, but it makes it a bit unique!
The second I got this shirt in the mail, I knew exactly what I wanted to style it with. To school I wore a headband, but I'm going back in an hour to do makeup for the musical, so I chucked on a beanie.
This is a Harry Potter/Hunger Games crossover tee, by the way!

Today's Outfit 12.3.12
Well hello! Sorry for the weirdish photos today. I had to shoot by myself and all of the natural daylight was gone, but hopefully you can get the gist of todays outfit.
This morning, the only thing that I could think of was "comfort comfort comfort". When one thinks of comfort, they typically think of sweatpants. Uh, no. So instead of sweatpants, I grabbed my guy friends sweater, chucked on some keds (photo here, except mine are in an olive green) and ran out the door.
I was comfy all day long, yay!

Surprise!
Surprise! I don't typically blog on sundays, but yesterday evening I had an idea. Most YouTubers are doing something called "Vlogmas", where they vlog every day until Christmas. Now, I would do that, but there are a few things stopping me. 1) My life is incredibly boring, therefore my vlogs would be me sitting in bed on tumblr whilst stuffing my face. Not so entertaining. 2) My computer despises me, so it most likely would shut down from having to edit a however long video every day. 3) I'm lazy.
But I wanted to do something fun to get into the Holiday cheer, so I thought of blogmas! I could, and will, blog every single day until Christmas eve.
I love blogging and I already have a bunch of ideas for the blog posts. However, let me put this out there quickly, don't hate me if I miss a day. I have bad days sometimes and therefore won't have the motivation to do anything, let alone blog. But I'm going to try my very very hardest to push out a blog post every single day. They won't necessarily be holiday themed blog posts, but who knows.
So yes, let the blogmas commence!

A Month In Review
It seems that I didn't post yesterday. I was so exhausted after a really long, strenuous week that it slipped my mind! But I'm currently curled up in bed and getting this post out! It seems as though November both sped by and dragged, quite the contradiction. But I'm happy it's over and, to celebrate the month of festivities, it snowed in Massachusetts today! My sister woke me up, I turned over and saw snow, bolted out of bed and screamed "BRITTNEY IT'S SNOWING IT'S CHRISTMAS!!!" Such a good Jew, I am.
Instead of listing off this weeks favorites, I thought I would recap the month and show you my November 2012 Favorites video that I posted on my youtube channel yesterday evening!
Since the video was a bit too long to include some of my more random favorites, I thought I would share them here!
Song(s) of the month:
Cough Cough by Everything Everything has been on constant repeat the last two weeks of November. I don't know what's so appealing about it but I absolutely love it!
Also, One Direction's new album Take Me Home has been on constant repeat as well. My personal favorites are C'mon C'mon, They Don't Know About Us, and Rock me. I'm not usually a fan of pop music but I love these boys.
Clothing piece of the month:
My vest from Jack Wills. I don't think it's ever been featured on the blog nor on the channel, but it's a puffy blue vest that's super warm and cozy. I got it on sale last summer and I absolutely adore it. A staple in my fall/winter wardrobe for sure!
Drink of the month:
Lucky for me there's a Starbucks almost right next to my school, so their Blonde Roast has been a constant this month. It's their lightest roast so it isn't too bold, nor does it give me a massive headache. Throw in some skim milk and splenda and you're good to go! Plus the actual Starbucks coffee (not the lattee's) are around the same price as Dunkin Donuts, which is basically watered down crap (no offense)
Blogger/ YouTuber of the month:
I've just learned about Kate (blog + youtube) this past month and I've fallen head over heels in love with her. She's the sweetest person ever, her blog is amazing and informative, and her videos are so much fun to watch. She definitely knows what she's talking about! Plus, her accent is absolutely adorable!
